Abstract The international Hearing Voices Movement, which emerged in the 1980s, understands phenomenon of hearing voices not just as a symptom, but helps development strategies to deal with these voices. objective this study was understand how people who participated groups voice hearers Brazilian health system dealt such experiences. This qualitative research study, carried out 2020, data collection from in-depth interviews and field diary, analyzed using content analysis. Adult participants (4) attended group for more than month.
